About: This advocacy video explores the complex issues around the parallel pandemics of HIV/AIDS and violence against women in a global context. We interviewed all these remarkable people during the 2007 Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations. Myself and Franziska Kunze produced, directed, shot, and edited the video. Franziska composed the music. Interview were conducted by Marzena Szewczyk, Malgorzata Juszczak and Jennifer Zanowiak. We shot the video on a Panasonic DVC30B , edited with Final Cut Pro, and converted with MPEG Streamclip.

Sources: Professional photos are by Andrew Petkun who gave us special permission to use his humanitarian photos if we don't use them for commercial purposes (i.e, to make money).
